TARS
T.A.R.S. is a Discord bot for a private server with moderation, utility, and light recreational tooling.

Quick Start
- Install dependencies:
pip install -r requirements.txt - Configure environment variables:
DISCORD_TOKENOWNER_IDGUILD_IDOPENAI_API_KEY(optional, required for AI replies)
- Run the bot:
python tars_bot.py

Notes
